• Our local area of operation covers Berkshire , Hampshire and Surrey plus Central, West and South-West London.
  Within these areas we normally use our own drivers and vehicles for the delivery & collection of laptop computer and projector hire equipment.
  
• Outside of this area we normally use a trusted carrier: Initial City Link.
  
• Special reusable protective packaging is used for all deliveries by carrier. This packaging must be retained for the return of the laptop computer and projector hire equipment.
  
• The customer is responsible for all laptop computer and projector rental equipment until received at Blaze at the completion of the hire.
  

• Blaze can arrange for City Link to collect rental equipment for return at the completion of a hire.
  
• Urgent same-day deliveries can be arranged using a trusted courier service.
  
• Timed deliveries can be arranged from 7:30 am and on Saturdays from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, mid-day.
  
• Carriage costs vary depending on the quantity of equipment being transported and the time required.
