Hire period for laptop computer

• The minimum rental period is one day for laptop computer and projector hire equipment.
  
• A hire week is 7 days.
  
• A 4-week hire is 28 days.
  
• If the hire period for your laptop computer or projector hire equipment is extended, extra days will be charged pro rata by the day at the prevailing daily, weekly or 4-weekly rate etc., as appropriate.
  
• If the hire period extends into the next charging band then that prevailing lower rental rate will apply.
  
• Standard prices apply to all hires of up to 12 weeks.
  
• Hires in excess of 12 weeks will be subject to individual quotation and will reflect the value of the hire.

• All hire periods and charges allow a working day either side of the hire period to facilitate delivery and collection – so, you get a full days use of the equipment for every day you have paid for.
  
• Extra charges will be applied if laptop computer and projector hire equipment is not available for collection on the agreed date.
