Terms & Conditions – Summary

•_	The Terms and Conditions apply to all laptop computer and projector hire and the hire of all other computer rental items supplied by Blaze Computer Rentals Ltd.
•	A copy of the full Terms and Conditions are provided prior to confirmation of the hire.
•	All rental prices quoted exclude delivery & collection charges and VAT.
•	Laptop computer and projector hire equipment can be reserved verbally but must be confirmed by the return of our signed Quotation & Rental Agreement via fax or post before delivery is due.
•	The Company reserves the right to review prices as necessary and to apply any revised prices to current hires when they exceed 12 weeks duration.
•	The Company do not undertake to provide training in the use of any software supplied as part of laptop computer or projector hire equipment.
•_	All data and software is removed from laptop computer hire equipment by total reformatting when it is returned to the Company at the end of the hire..
•	The Company will endeavour to replace faulty laptop computer and projector hire equipment usually within 24 hours of being reported.

•	The hirer is responsible for the full cost of replacement/repairs resulting from loss, accidental or negligent damage and misuse or abuse whilst all laptop computer and projector hire and associated computer equipment is in their possession up to and including return to The Company at the end of the hire. The Hirer can accept full responsibility at their own risk or ensure that they have adequate insurance cover.
•	The Terms and Conditions form a necessary part of the high level of professional service provided by Blaze Computer Rentals Ltd. to its laptop computer hire and projector rental customers.
•	Quotations and technical data sheets are available on request.
